Terms of Sale

You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. Every product is sold for laboratory and research use only and is not intended for human or veterinary consumption or administration, or for any diagnostic, therapeutic or pharmaceutical use.

By placing an order, you make the purchaser representations set out in our Research Use Notice, including that you are a qualified research professional or are purchasing on behalf of a research organization or institution, and that you are acquiring the products for legitimate laboratory or controlled research purposes. We may ask for information to confirm this before accepting or shipping an order.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Every order is subject to our acceptance, and an order number or confirmation message acknowledges that we received your order — it does not by itself mean we have accepted it.

We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in a price or product description, where payment is not received, or where we believe an order is inconsistent with these Terms or our Research Use Notice. If we cancel an order after receiving your payment, we will refund the amount you paid for the cancelled items.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. The total shown at checkout — including shipping and any sales tax calculated for your delivery address — is the amount due for that order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

We accept payment by Zelle or Cash App only. Payment is made outside this website using the instructions shown when you place your order: send exactly the amount due and include your order number where the payment service allows it.

An order is considered paid only once we confirm receipt of the full amount due. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment is confirmed, and orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled. We do not collect card or bank account details on this website.

All sales are final, subject to the limited exception for products that are demonstrably defective upon arrival. Cancellation requests and defective-product claims are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You are responsible for storing, handling, using and disposing of products lawfully, safely and only for research purposes, and for complying with every law, regulation and institutional requirement that applies to you. You are responsible for any improper, unauthorized or non-research handling or use of products you purchase.

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications and Certificates of Analysis accurate, but errors can occur and we may correct them at any time. Nothing on this website is medical advice or an instruction to use any product, and no statement on this website is a claim that any product is safe or effective for any human or veterinary use.

Products are supplied for research purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GVG Labs disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant that any product is suitable for any particular research application. This does not affect the defective-on-arrival process described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GVG Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or research, arising out of or relating to any product or these Terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GVG Labs's total liability for all claims relating to a product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that product.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GVG Labs and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms or our Research Use Notice, (b) the handling, storage, use, misuse or disposal of products by you or anyone you allow to access them, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where the law does not allow a provision of these Terms to apply in full, it applies to the fullest extent the law allows.

The content of this website, including text, images, product artwork and the GVG Labs name and marks, belongs to GVG Labs and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, including by placing fraudulent orders, submitting false information, or interfering with its operation or security.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date; the Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
